Julie's passion for real estate began early, watching her father build a successful custom home business from the ground up. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to quality craftsmanship sparked her lifelong love of homes and real estate.
Before becoming a solo agent, Julie spent three years with a well-established real estate team, gaining valuable experience assisting buyers and sellers and developing a strong knowledge of the Northeast Florida market. Prior to real estate, she spent 20 years at a hospital-owned wellness facility in Roanoke, Virginia, ultimately serving as Senior Director of Operations. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise, Julie brings decades of leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building experience to every client she serves.
Julie has strong personal ties to the Fleming Island and Clay County community. Her son is a recent graduate of Fleming Island High School, where he was a starter on the varsity golf team that won back-to-back state championships and was also a member of the varsity tennis team. He is now a freshman at the University of North Florida.
Outside of real estate, Julie has a lifelong passion for horses, dogs, and animals of all kinds. She also enjoys the Florida lifestyle, especially water sports and paddleboarding.
